Child Rights Policy

With the awareness of protecting children, the heirs of the world we live in;

We believe it is our primary responsibility to recognize them as individuals, to respect all their rights, especially the right to life, to protect them against physical and psychological violence, and to prevent child exploitation in all areas.

We comply with all legal and international laws, regulations and legislation published regarding children's rights and fully fulfill all requirements.

We attach importance to the issue of child labor in our business, and we do not allow child labor as a result of our sensitivity on this issue. (Employing interns in accordance with law, not employing child labor outside of the internship program)

In order to raise awareness of protecting children's rights, we organize trainings within our business and participate in social responsibility projects with children. We provide training to our staff to be aware and prevent child abuse.

We support children so that they can express themselves and their emotions freely, and take part in making decisions that concern them in accordance with their age and maturity level, and we create this space for them. We make sure that children are under adult supervision during activities organized for them.

We are aware that it is absolutely important to protect all children's rights and that protecting children from all kinds of physical and mental abuse is an extremely important issue. In case of such an incident, we are in favor of reporting it to the top management, contacting the necessary authorities and getting help when necessary.

We aim to raise awareness of protecting children's rights not only in our business, but also in all our business partners and guests we host.
